About us

The Center for Regional Development (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is an independent structural unit of O.M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy. The Centre is the executive body of the University as part of the Coordination Council, approved by the Cooperation Agreement of July 16, 2013 The main tasks of the Center are:

1) promoting sustainable regional development

2) monitoring and informing about current international programs and international technical assistance projects aimed at regional development;

3) consulting and assistance in the development of grant projects for submission to international funds;

4) support and promotion of scientific and technical initiatives and projects;

5) participation in the preparation of target programs and grant projects, preparation of tender documentation;

6) participation in the preparation and implementation of measures for the implementation of regional target programs;

7) monitoring the implementation of regional programs;

8) organization and conduct of on-site scientific, educational and social - educational events.
